Visitor Management
A visitor to your organisation can only get a first impression once. The registration form on the counter is currently standard, but not very friendly to visitors. Attendance overviews are a legal obligation for many organisations. In case of calamities, people want to see with one push of a button who is present. The attendance overview can be called up directly from any location via PC, tablet or telephone.

In addition to presence, EasySecure can also provide the screens with information such as which emergency response team members are present.

Time Registration

Instead of filling in a list, the mobile phone, card, code or finger is used to immediately register who has signed in at what time. The same action is taken at the start and end of the break and at signing out for the working day. Useful for registering the working hours of external cleaning services, for example.
