The overviews in the software allow you to see at a glance who has access to certain doors. The administrator can immediately grant or deny access. The system is not only flexible, but also very quick and easy to use.

Do you want to give a new guest remote access to a flat or holiday home? Or give an existing employee access to another location? It can be done with just a few mouse clicks. This is ideal!

Register the guest in your Cloud environment and immediately send a mobile access card via e-mail. As soon as your visitor arrives, the mobile phone can be used to access the property.

Attendance

Attendance records are a legal obligation for many organisations. In the event of an emergency, they want to be able to see which guests and employees are present in the building at the push of a button. The presence overview can be called up directly via PC, tablet or phone.

In addition to presence, EasySecure can also provide the screens with information such as which emergency response team members are present.

Multiple locations

By using the EasySecure Cloud software, you always have insight into access control, time registration and attendance across all locations. If desired, the location manager can only manage his own location and the HR department can, for example, only view the time registration data. The software is fully role-based.
